Board Governance
In the fall of 2011, the Board of Directors underwent intense governance training in the Carver Governance Model. The gallery policy manual has been rewritten to consolidate and update previous policy and to frame it for use with the Carver model.

Strategic Visioning

Board Recruitment
The members of The Mann Art Gallery elect new board members at each Annual General Meeting, which is typically held at the end of March. It is important to recruit enthusiastic and hard-working board members with various skill sets.
